My name is Bethany Ault and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in Redding California. I received my Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Simpson University in 2014 and am passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families to provide therapy.
My experience ranges from working with families, couples, children and individuals to crisis management at Shasta County Mental Health and working with both individuals and groups for Shasta County’s collaborative courts programs.
I utilize Narrative, Cognitive-Behavioral and Solution Focused strategies most often in my sessions and also utilize EMDR to address trauma related issues.

I provide couples or family therapy sessions at an hourly rate of $165

Good Faith Estimate
Beginning January 1, 2022, if you’re uninsured or don’t plan to submit your claim to your health plan, health care providers and facilities must provide you with a “good faith estimate” of expected charges before you get an item or service. The good faith estimate isn’t a bill.​
Providers and facilities must give you a good faith estimate if you ask for one, or when you schedule an item or service. It should include expected charges for the primary item or service you’re getting, and any other items or services provided as part of the same scheduled experience.
If you are paying out of pocket for services and do not plan to submit a superbill for reimbursement to your insurance, please let me know, so that a good faith estimate can be provided to you.
